Naturally Maui. Naturally you.
Medical Weight Loss — A calm, medical, whole-person approach to weight.
In plain language.
Our medical weight loss program is built around your metabolism, hormones, labs, and lifestyle — not a diet template. Care is directed by Stefanie Roberts, ARNP.
After a one-time consultation, ongoing care combines medication when medically appropriate with a weekly appointment for your injection, weigh-in, and check-in.
This is a whole-person approach. Nutrition, sleep, movement, and mindset are part of every conversation, and we adjust as your body responds.
Metabolic health, not a number.
This is medical care, not a diet. Stefanie's emergency and urgent-care background shapes how we screen, monitor, and adjust — labs, history, and how you actually feel each week matter more than the scale. Medication is a tool inside a plan, never the whole plan.

Medical care, not a diet program
This is a whole-person, medically supervised program built around your labs, history, metabolism, and lifestyle. Every plan is reviewed by our medical director, and medication is used only when appropriate. We adjust gradually, check in weekly, and talk about nutrition, sleep, movement, and maintenance — not just the number on the scale.
Concerns this addresses.
Weight that hasn't responded to diet and exercise
Plateaus after previous weight loss
Metabolic and hormonal contributors
Appetite and cravings
Long-term maintenance
What you'll notice.

Your weekly visit includes your injection, weigh-in, and an honest check-in.
Medication is used only when appropriate, and titrated for tolerance rather than speed.
We talk about food, sleep, stress, and movement — not just the number on the scale.

Better after you return home
Better started at home — this is an ongoing medically supervised program with regular follow-up.
- Requires a consultation, lab review, and scheduled follow-up over months.
- Dose titration and check-ins are difficult to manage inside a one-week trip.
- Residents and returning guests are the best fit for this program.
- If you are visiting and curious, a consultation is still worthwhile.
Clear, honest pricing.
The initial consultation is a one-time $150 fee and establishes your plan. Ongoing care starts at $395 per four weeks and includes your medication plus weekly appointments — your full cost is confirmed before anything begins.
Every price shown is a starting price. Your provider confirms your total before treatment.

Questions people ask about Medical Weight Loss.
The questions we hear most before booking Medical Weight Loss — answered in full, with links to the treatment details, definitions and guides behind each answer.
- Should I schedule before I arrive or after I return home?
Book same-day treatments here and save recovery treatments for home. HydraFacial, IV nutrient therapy, wellness injections and spray tan are ideal during your stay; microneedling and medical weight loss are usually better started at home, where you can stay out of sun and ocean water or keep regular follow-up.
Dysport sits in the middle. It needs about two weeks to fully settle, so treat it before you travel if you have a Maui event, or early in a longer stay.
- Who performs treatments at Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics?
All injectable and medical treatments are performed by Stefanie Roberts, ARNP, founder and medical director of Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics. HydraFacial and skin treatments are performed by our licensed aestheticians, Stephanie Evans and Keala Lono, under the same medical oversight.
This is a medical practice in a boutique setting, not a resort spa menu — one clinician plans your care, and the same team sees you at follow-up.
