Restore. Refresh. Renew.
IV Therapy — Hydrate. Recover. Feel your best.
In plain language.
IV therapy delivers fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system for rapid absorption.
Each infusion is chosen for your goal — hydration, immune support, energy, recovery, or general wellness — and administered by licensed medical professionals under medical supervision.
Most clients relax in a comfortable chair for under an hour, then head straight back to work, shopping, or the beach.
Hydration is the island's most underrated treatment.
Between sun, salt water, altitude changes, and long flights, most people here are running behind on hydration. IV therapy is a straightforward way to catch up — but it's still medical care, so we screen your history and choose a blend for your goal rather than selling the biggest bag.

Medically supervised, genuinely restful
IV therapy is administered by experienced licensed nurses under ARNP medical direction in a comfortable, quiet room. Before any infusion, we review your history, medications, and goal for the day, then choose a blend that matches what you need — not the largest bag. Most clients read, nap, or simply unwind for under an hour.

Caring for your results.
- Keep the bandage on for a few hours.
- Have a snack and keep drinking water.
- Mild tenderness or bruising at the IV site is normal.
- Skip heavy lifting with that arm.
- Many clients repeat monthly, or before and after travel.
- Tell us how you felt so we can refine your next formulation.
- Sun exposure amplifies everything here — seek shade during peak hours and re-apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ mineral sunscreen.
- Wait until your provider clears you before ocean or pool swimming, snorkeling, or hot tubs.
- Hydrate more than you think you need to, especially after a day in the trade winds and sun.
How to prepare.
Eat a normal meal beforehand — don't come fasting.
Drink water in the hours before your appointment to make placement easier.
Wear a top with sleeves that move easily above the elbow.
Bring your medication and supplement list.
Tell us about kidney or heart conditions and any prior reactions to IV vitamins.

Questions people ask about IV Therapy.
The questions we hear most before booking IV Therapy — answered in full, with links to the treatment details, definitions and guides behind each answer.
- Which treatments have no downtime?
HydraFacial, IV nutrient therapy, wellness injections, spray tan and medical-grade skincare all have no downtime. Dysport has essentially none either — a few tiny marks that settle within an hour — as long as you stay upright and skip strenuous exercise for the rest of the day.
Microneedling is the exception. Expect skin to look pink, like a mild sunburn, for one to three days, with sun and ocean water off the table during that window.
- Which treatments are best after a long flight?
IV nutrient therapy is the single best treatment after a long flight, followed by a wellness injection if you want an energy or immune boost in fifteen minutes. Cabin air is extremely dry, and a five-hour-plus flight plus a time-zone change leaves most people dehydrated before their vacation starts.
If travel has also left your skin dull or congested, a HydraFacial the next day restores the glow. Many guests book both — an IV on arrival day, a facial mid-trip.
- Can IV therapy help me feel refreshed after traveling?
Yes — that is our most requested reason for it. IV nutrient therapy delivers fluids, electrolytes and vitamins straight into the bloodstream, bypassing digestion, so rehydration is faster and more complete than drinking water alone.
Most guests notice they feel clearer and less sluggish before the infusion is finished. Plan on 45 to 60 minutes in a quiet treatment room, and no downtime afterward — sightseeing, dinner and beach time are all fine.
- Which IV is best after travel?
A hydration-focused infusion with electrolytes and B vitamins is the usual choice after a flight, with vitamin C and glutathione added when you want immune or brightening support as well.
We choose the formulation with you at your appointment based on how you feel, what you have planned that week, and your health history — not from a fixed menu.
- What helps after golf, hiking or a boat day?
IV nutrient therapy is the fastest recovery after a full day outdoors, because sun, wind and exertion dehydrate you more than most people realize on Maui.
A HydraFacial afterward clears the congestion that sunscreen, salt and sweat leave behind. Neither has downtime, so you can do both and still make a dinner reservation.
- Which treatments are best before a wedding?
A HydraFacial three to seven days before the wedding is the single best pre-event treatment, with IV nutrient therapy the day before for travel and late-night fatigue, and a spray tan one to two days out if you want warmth without sun.
Anything that builds — a microneedling series, medical-grade skincare, neuromodulators — belongs three or more months ahead, so dosing can be refined and results are fully settled by the day.
- What is best right before family photos?
A HydraFacial one to three days before the session, so skin is calm, even and luminous under Maui light rather than freshly stimulated.
A spray tan the day before adds warmth without sun damage, and IV nutrient therapy helps if travel or long days have caught up with the group. All three are no-downtime and work well as back-to-back appointments for several people.
- How long does an IV therapy appointment take?
Plan on 45 to 60 minutes for the infusion itself, plus a few minutes at the start to review your history and choose the formulation. Most guests are with us for about an hour in total.
You sit in a quiet treatment room and can read, work or rest. There is no downtime afterward — the rest of your day is entirely yours.
- What is the difference between a wellness injection and IV therapy?
A wellness injection is a small intramuscular dose — B12, lipotropic or NAD+ — that takes about fifteen minutes. IV nutrient therapy delivers a larger volume of fluids and nutrients into a vein over 45 to 60 minutes.
Choose the injection when you want a quick, targeted boost and have somewhere to be. Choose the IV when you are dehydrated, recovering from travel or a hard day outdoors, or want broader support. Injections start at $39; the two pair well in one visit.
- Who performs treatments at Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics?
All injectable and medical treatments are performed by Stefanie Roberts, ARNP, founder and medical director of Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics. HydraFacial and skin treatments are performed by our licensed aestheticians, Stephanie Evans and Keala Lono, under the same medical oversight.
This is a medical practice in a boutique setting, not a resort spa menu — one clinician plans your care, and the same team sees you at follow-up.
