Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics is a medically led aesthetics and wellness practice in Lahaina, Maui, created to make advanced treatments feel personal, comfortable and uncomplicated.
Founder and Medical Director Stefanie Roberts, ARNP, opened Nō Ka ʻOi in 2019 with a simple belief: aesthetic medicine should help you look and feel like the best version of yourself — not like someone else.
Our approach combines medical expertise, thoughtful consultation and a deep respect for natural-looking results. From emergency and critical care medicine to nearly two decades of professional skincare experience, the Nō Ka ʻOi team brings clinical judgment, technical skill and a distinctly personal approach to every client interaction.

Nō Ka ʻOi was created for the West Maui community.
Stefanie began her nursing career in 2007 and earned her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2013. Before entering aesthetic medicine, she built her clinical foundation in emergency medicine and urgent care — environments where sound judgment, careful assessment and patient safety matter every day.
That medical foundation continues to shape Nō Ka ʻOi.
We believe great aesthetic care begins with listening.
What bothers you? What do you want to preserve? What would make you feel better when you look in the mirror — and what don't you want changed?
From there, we create a personalized plan grounded in anatomy, evidence-based care and restraint.
Sometimes that means treatment.

The people behind your care
Stefanie Roberts, ARNP
Stefanie Roberts is the founder and medical director of Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics.
A Nurse Practitioner with a clinical career spanning nearly two decades, Stefanie brings the judgment and precision of her medical background to an aesthetic philosophy centered on balance, personalization and natural results.
After beginning her nursing career in 2007, Stefanie earned her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2013 and developed extensive experience in emergency medicine and urgent care.
She founded Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics in 2019 to bring that same standard of thoughtful, medically grounded care to aesthetics and wellness in West Maui.
Stefanie believes the best aesthetic work shouldn't announce itself. Her goal is to understand what each client wants, preserve what makes them distinctive and create results that feel refreshed rather than overdone.
And if you ask her favorite neuromodulator? Dysport. She loves its smooth, natural-looking results.
Outside the practice, Stefanie loves traveling, discovering new places and spending time with her family.
Stephanie
Stephanie brings nearly 20 years of skincare experience to Nō Ka ʻOi, with a career that has taken her from Maui to Honolulu to Beverly Hills — and ultimately back home to West Maui.
After recently rebuilding her family's home in Lahaina, Stephanie is especially grateful to be back on the West Side with her two boys and once again caring for the community she loves.
Her approach to skincare is both experienced and deeply personal.
Whether you're looking to improve the overall health of your skin, address a specific concern, repair the effects of Maui's sun and environment, or simply give yourself some well-deserved care, Stephanie focuses on helping you achieve skin that looks healthy, radiant and naturally glowing.

Sarah, RN
Sarah brings more than 14 years of healthcare experience to Nō Ka ʻOi, including extensive work in both the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department.
Years of caring for patients in high-acuity medical environments have given her strong clinical skills, close attention to detail and a deep commitment to patient safety — along with the ability to help people feel calm and cared for.
Sarah is particularly skilled in IV therapy and is known for her gentle technique. She takes the time to make each treatment comfortable and creates an environment where clients feel supported from the moment they arrive.
When she's not caring for clients, you'll probably find Sarah outside — surfing, running along the coast, traveling or settling in with a good book.
Ala
For Ala, skincare is both science and care.
A Licensed Aesthetician with more than 13 years of experience caring for skin on Maui, Ala combines proven, results-driven techniques with something harder to teach: an intuitive, healing touch.
She believes touch itself can be medicine and brings that philosophy to every treatment she performs.
Whether you're working to soften fine lines, address sun damage, improve your skin's health or simply give yourself an hour of genuine self-care, Ala tailors each treatment to what your skin needs now — with the goal of creating visible change and healthy, radiant skin.
These islands raised Ala, and caring for the people who live here and visit here is something she considers a gift.
Meet Tara
Tara, owner of Kāʻanapali Kissed, offers her signature custom spray tan services at Nō Ka ʻOi Aesthetics.
This isn't the spray tan you may remember.
Tara creates customized, natural-looking color based on your individual undertones, with formulas featuring skin-loving ingredients including peptides, CoQ10 and hyaluronic acid.
Appointments take approximately 30 minutes, with results typically lasting 7–14 days. Aftercare products and face tan water are also available to help extend your glow.
